CART GRAIN AFFORDABLY: Enjoy the largest UTV truck bed in the industry with Spartan’s Intimidator line of UTVs. ENVY OF NEIGHBORHOOD: Combine utility vehicle with golf cart with Envy’s new neighborhood electrically powered UTV. It has rear foldable seats with storage underneath, as well as turn signals, hazard lights, a horn and power steering. The top speed is 20 mph, but it can be set to max out at a lower speed if desired. Customers also have the option to adjust the regenerative brake, so that they barely have to touch it in a mountainous area. The UTV is also made out of rotationally molded plastic, which means it will hold up to more abuse than liquid-injected or vacuum-formed plastic. It costs about $11,000. NEW KUBOTA TRACTORS: They’re calling them “crossover” tractors. That’s the LX Series with three models, including the entry-level LX2610SU ROPS model (left) and the LX2610 and LX3310 (the 3310 is shown). All are available in ROPS (Rollover Protective Structure) and Cab models. These machines provide the smaller chassis some users want but with more horsepower, and they go on sale this spring. Horsepower range is 24.9 to 30.8 gross engine hp, and it can work with 60- or 72-inch midmount mowers. The tractors can be outfitted with front loaders with lift capacities above 1,000 pounds, and there is an optional backhoe available. The LX Series features Goodyear R14 crossover tires with a hybrid tread design. The LS2610SU shown has a suggested list price of $21,995. The LX3310 shown has a suggested list price of $35,261. COMPACT TRACK MACHINE: Gehl rolled out the RT135 compact track loader during the show. This machine features a rated operating capacity at 35% tipping load of 1,350 pounds. It features a 46.6-hp engine and a 110-inch lift height. It also features IdealTrax track, which has an automatic track tensioning system. That can save the 10- to 15-minute track re-tensioning that’s recommended every 50 hours, can eliminate over-tensioning, and it releases track tension on shutdown to extend track life. HIGH-CAPACITY MACHINE: The new ALT950 telescopic articulated loader from Gehl features a 17-foot telescopic lift height and a tipping capacity of 10,974 pounds. This is the largest telescopic articulated loader in the Gehl line. The machine features the ability to make 44-degree turns in either direction and has a range of hydraulic options, including active boom suspension and intelligent hydraulics to increase productivity. EXPANDING TRACTOR LINE: We feature three Tym tractors, starting with the T474 in ROPS (Rollover Protective Structure) configuration. This model features a Kukje engine delivering 48.2 hp, with a rated engine speed of 2,600 rpm. The model is available with a sync shuttle 12-by-12 transmission or optional hydrostatic (HST). COMPACT POWERHOUSE: The Tym T574 is the top end of the Value Compact Line from Tym Tractors and features a 55-hp Kukje engine delivering 44.7 PTO hp. MIDRANGE PERFORMER: The last new machine in the Value Compact Line from Tym Tractors is the T494, with 48.3 hp delivered by a Kukje engine. The machine has an 8-by-8 sync shuttle transmission as standard, or it can be outfitted with a hydrostatic transmission. This model, with sync shuttle transmission, includes the cab option. Cabs include a 12v and USB power socket (T494 Cab and T574 Cab models) to power your smartphone or tablet. Suggested list price as shown is $30,500. PREMIUM SUBCOMPACT TRACTOR: Branson is rolling out its new 05 Series machines, which range from 19 to 25 hp. The machines feature attachments including the BL90/BL90S/BL92S loader with a bucket level indicator and a 48-inch bucket; a BH90 backhoe; and a BM54 54-inch underbelly mower. With those tools, you can tackle many chores around the farm. The 2205H shown meets the latest EPA Tier 4 emission standards. Suggested list price is $18,300 as shown. NEW TRACTOR SERIES: Branson Tractors is launching its new 15 Series machines from 25 to 48 hp. The 2515h shown is a 24-hp machine that features a low-profile design for work in more diverse areas of the farm; it’s only 104 inches tall at the top of the roll bar and has 12 inches of ground clearance. The machine features hydrostatic steering for ease of operation, and the machines are designed for easy maintenance. Suggested list price for the tractor is $16,999. ADDING TO A COMPACT SERIES: LS Tractors has its MT3 line of machines that ranges up to 50 hp — but at the National Farm Machinery Show, the company was showing the very new MT357 with 57 hp. The machine features a hydrostatic transmission and has 3 SCV valves for running attachments. The machine will be available later in 2020, and to date the list price has not been set.
