AgriLabs Named the Exclusive U.S. Marketing Partner for EstroPLAN®

ST. JOSEPH, MO, Feb. 4, 2009 — AgriLabs, a leading marketer of animal-health products in the United States, has been named the exclusive marketer of EstroPLAN® (cloprostenol sodium) by Parnell Laboratories of Sydney, Australia, the manufacturer of this time-tested prostaglandin.

EstroPLAN is a synthetic prostaglandin, similar in structure to prostaglandin F2α. Since its introduction more than 25 years ago, cloprostenol sodium has earned a reputation as a highly effective breeding management tool for both dairy and beef producers.

EstroPLAN contains 250 mcg/mL of cloprostenol and has been proven in multiple clinical trials involving more than 13,000 cows in different breeding systems over the past five years. “Cloprostenol is the world’s most popular prostaglandin and EstroPLAN is effective in all prostaglandin programs for cattle,” adds Vaughn.

EstroPLAN has a convenient 2-mL dose, is available in a 20-mL bottle and has a zero-day meat and milk withdrawal. It is a prescription product and it must be used by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
