With Christmas just around the corner, many of you are probably busy planning your holiday menu and preparing your grocery shopping list.

Certified Angus Beef has a really cool app that helps you cook the perfect prime rib every time. The app helps the user select the best roast, calculate portion sizes and determine how much to buy. Plus, the app includes ways to prepare and serve the perfect roast with video tutorials and step-by-step tips. The app also offers delicious recipes for roasts and side dishes and has a built-in timer to know exactly how long to cook your roast to the desired doneness.

Download the free app here, and use the hashtag #RoastPerfect to join the cooking conversations.
