Meat Market Update | Boxed Beef Sales Volume Sees Big Boost

The average Choice Cutout showed a modest increase and gained almost $1.00 in value while every type of sales showed increases in volume. The total sales jumped over 1,000 loads and was supported by dramatic increases in export and out-front sales volume.
