Meat Market Update | Choice Cutout continues steep decline

The Comprehensive or Average Choice Cutout continued on a steep decline posting the second week in a row of over $7 lower.  However the upcoming Father’s Day weekend, along with the Fourth of July holiday have helped firm up the daily spot market as retailers buy product for those two events.
