The daily spot Choice box beef cutout rally continues and was $4.15 higher compared to previous Friday, also up $16 in the last 3 weeks following last year's graph, but just a little earlier than normal. It was helped again by the rising middle meats on a daily basis. The daily choice rib primal jumped $5 this week and the daily choice loin primal was up $10 both driving the grilling season rally earlier this year. The weekly average Choice cutout following the daily cutout and was $4.10 higher.
