Visit a retail store in Japan or Mexico and you'll find U.S. Beef Attracting consumers. From product sampling to special signage, a variety of U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) programs, funded in part by the beef checkoff, are working to build global demand for U.S. beef.
