Chances are that when you hear the song, “Call Me Maybe,” by Carly Rae Jepsen, you immediately turn the channel or risk the tune being stuck in your head all day. Admittedly, the overplayed song is catchy, and its popularity helped dairy farmers Fred and Justin White share their agriculture story with the world.
As reported by MSN , “Thanks to this nine-year-old farm boy, we're now unable to hear ‘Call Me Maybe’ without thinking of dairy cows. ‘Lil Fred’ White and his older brother Justin wrote and filmed ‘Farm It Maybe,’ which is both adorable and educational (we had no idea that a heifer was a cow without babies). We also think that, thanks to this grain silo and grandma-filled video, it's safe to shut down the Carly Rae Jepsen parody factory forever. There's no way anyone can compete with lyrics like, ‘Hey I just milked you/This cow is crazy/But here's her udder/So milk her, maybe.’ Fred and Justin, you officially win the Internet.”
With close to 525,000 views on YouTube already, the White kids and their dairy cows are quickly becoming an online sensation. This video is similar to another video created earlier this summer called, “I’m Farming And I Grow It.” If you haven’t seen it, check it out here. 
Without a doubt, these YouTube videos are a creative and unique way to share the agriculture story with the world. The kids and cattle in these videos are endearing to viewers, and I think fun clips like these can play a role in regaining consumer trust and gaining loyal customers down the road.
