  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups feta cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 tbs cilantro, chopped
  • 3 avocados, slices
  • 2 cups cooking oil
  • Sour cream
  • 1/3 lb ground beef, cooked


Lay tortilla flat. Fill tortilla with meat, cheese, onions, tomatoes, and cilantro.

Roll in to a tube shape and close with a toothpick. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.

Place taquito rolls in oil. Turn occasionally until all sides are brown and crispy. Remove from oil and place over paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve with avocado slices and sour cream.
