Mark McCully Breaks Down The 2011 Beef Quality Audit

The 2011 National Beef Quality Audit results, which were released in late July at the Cattle Industry Summer Conference in Denver, highlights the improvements and challenges that remain throughout the beef industry. The survey was conducted in three phases: face-to-face interviews with all production sectors, carcass evaluation on 18,000 carcasses and cattle producer surveys.
