Farm and environmental activist groups have not always had the best of relationships, but the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) seems to get along better than most. The EDF’s Suzy Friedman has been working with farmers and Extension specialists in Pennsylvania on efforts to reduce the pollutant load in the Chesapeake Bay. She discussed those efforts during the Iowa Soybean Association’s On-Farm Network Symposium at Iowa State University.
