Finalists Selected In “Workhorses” Of The Ranch Photo Contest

This month, we are celebrating the “workhorses” of the ranch -- the people, animals, equipment and vehicles that help you get the job done and complete your daily chores. Farm Boy is once again our sponsor, offering $100 gift certificates to the two top photographers. Readers submitted their best images of horses, trucks, four-wheelers, cattle dogs and hired men for our editors to evaluate. We have narrowed it down to 15 finalists; see if your photo made the list.

Congratulations to our finalists: Kristin Cole, Zac Hall, Joe Pribyl, Connie Mitchell, Julie Warren, David Schafer, Lindsay Murdock, Darcy Sexson, Carol Greet, Kori Conley, Sarah Anderson, Dan Doyle, Laurie Johnson, Anndell Bartlett and Kellie Brown.

Help us choose our champion and reserve photographs by finding the number corresponding to your favorite photo in the finalist gallery and casting your vote in the comments section under the gallery. The number can be found on the right-hand side of each photo.

Farm Boy is awarding $100 online gift cards to our champion and reserve champion photographers, and Farm Boy hats will be given to three lucky voters! Thanks for your participation. Voting is open until Wednesday Sept. 26, at 5 p.m. Results will be posted on Thursday, Sept. 27, so stay tuned!
