CME Cattle Trade Hours Change

The CME Group announced this week that based on a broad cross section of livestock market participants, beginning Oct. 27, trading hours will be reduced for Live Cattle futures and options, Feeder Cattle futures and options, and Lean Hog futures and options. Trade will open at 9:05 a.m. (CT) on Monday, and 8 a.m. Tuesday to Friday; and will close at 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 1:55 p.m. on Fridays.
