A documentary featuring the 4,000-acre Schiefelbein beef operation in Kimball, MN, won top honors at the 2010 Upper Midwest Regional Emmy Awards. “Schiefelbein Farms,” produced and written by a pair of St. Cloud (MN) State University students, was awarded the gold statuette in the Student Production category of Single Story/Feature.
