Cowboy Baked Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. molasses
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 can (16 oz.) pork and beans
  • 1 can (16 oz.) butter beans, drained
  • 1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (16 oz. pinto beans, drained
  • ½ lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preparation:

Cook ground beef until browned and add onions. Cook until tender and drain excess grease. Add remaining ingredients, except bacon. Put in crockpot and top with bacon. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour, then reduce heat to LOW and cook 2-4 hours.
