Podcasts have gotten really popular in recent years, and for ranchers who rarely sit still, audio may just be the easiest format of news to digest while riding in the pickup or working on a project outside in the shop.
One of our most popular blogs on BEEF is titled “8 apps for ranchers recommended by ranchers.” Along that same vein, the BEEF team thought it might benefit readers to create a list of popular podcasts for ranchers to enjoy.
We asked our fans on social media to help build a list of podcasts they love. As a result of this informal Facebook poll, here are 10 podcasts you may want to check out the next time you’re looking for some entertaining and relevant agricultural information.
The BeefWatch podcast is an audio companion to the UNL BeefWatch newsletter. Information is geared to helping beef cattle producers improve the sustainability and profitability of their operations.
Whether you trade cattle once a year or every day, Cattle Current with BEEF’s Wes Ishmael helps you stay in the market with a daily morning snapshot of the previous day's market action and news shaping the market ahead.
