Side-pull mower conditioner

The Hesston® 1363 10-ft. Side-Pull Disc Mower Conditioner by Massey Ferguson® features heavy-duty RazorBar™ technology, steel-on-steel conditioner rollers and a strong overhead frame to easily cut through thick, heavy hay while conditioning it to deliver optimum quality. The RazorBar™ cutterbar is one of the strongest cutterbars available and provides a closer cut while reducing scalping. Plus, the gears easily handle field stones, significantly reducing the potential for cutterbar damage.

Steel-on-steel conditioner rolls crack plant stems every 2-3 in. to release moisture and reduce drying time, while preserving leaf quality. The rolls’ herringbone tread pattern feeds the crop evenly on both sides for even windrow formation. For producers who need crushing conditioner action, rubber-on-rubber rolls are available. Their shallow lug design minimizes leaf damage.

The Hesston 1363’s high-clearance mainframe provides superior header lift of up to 20 in. over headland windrows. The added height means the mower can be easily guided and carried over obstacles and ditches or waterways.

Low HP required

Designed for smaller tractors, Krone’s EasyCut 3200 is a 10-ft., 4-in. pull-type mower that requires only 65 hp. Its drawbar design allows for quick and easy hookup, while a strong frame suspends the cutterbar in the center of gravity, allowing it to float freely and exerting even pressure across the entire bar for less wear and a clean cut.

Featuring the Krone EasyCut Cutterbar, the same cutterbar used on the Krone 3-Point Disc Mowers and Pull-Type Mower Conditioners, the EasyCut Cutterbar is driven by large internal spur gears that are able to run slower for less noise, heat and wear. The gears are encased in a strong, single piece cutterbar that is wedge shaped, allowing for a close, clean cut.
