It's tax day. Taxes are due, must be postmarked by midnight. Tax freedom day doesn't come until next week. We will spend more on taxes than on food, housing and clothing, combined. If you count federal borrowing, tax freedom day won't come until next month.
Bass Pro Shop's deal for Cabela's moves forward. Cabela's shareholders will get less in the deal. Cabela's reported fourth quarter earnings that were down.
Rains continue in Corn Belt areas in the days ahead. Farmers will get restless. No extended drying for bulk of Midwest for two weeks.
There are eight states were recreational use of weed is legal. Obama let states do their own thing. Trump administration will enforce federal law. 83% feel medical use is OK.
