Part 1
Max Armstrong and Mike Adams open this week's show with a report from Delaney Howell who talks with farmers about the weather and how it's impacting planting. Max and Mike talk markets with Donna Hughes, Daniels Trading, including a look at the weather, fires and other factors impacting the market.
Part 2
Max Armstrong and Mike Adams continue their market conversation with Donna Hughes, Daniels Trading. Chad Colby, Colby AgTech, offers an update on drone technology in time for the 2018 season. Agricultural Meteorologist Greg Soulje looks at weather in the Western United States. Max talks with Chad Asmus, technical marketing manager, BASF, talks about a change in crop protection in 2018 and the grower education involved.
Part 3
Max Armstrong and Mike Adams feature a report on the farm bill from Pat Haggerty, including information about the new version of the bill passed out of the House Ag Committee, including a work/training requirement for recipients of the supplemental nutrition assistance program. Chad Colby offers his first crop report, where he found weather challenges are keeping farmers out of the field. And there's an update on the wildfires in Oklahoma, including ways farmers can help.

Max Armstrong and Mike Adams offer more information about how northern areas are impacted by weather in a report from Al Gustin with information on 2018 wheat planting. Ag Meteorologist Greg Soulje looks at weather for the Eastern United States. And in Max's Tractor Shed, Max Armstrong shares the story a 1982 Ford 1700 Diesel owned by Robert and Tracy Quait, Mission, Texas.

Mike Adams profiles Fairfield FFA, Fairfield, Iowa, in southeast Iowa, an area called "silicorn valley." Member Holly Nelson talks about how her SAE has helped her for the future. Ag Meteorologist Greg Soulje looks at weather for the week ahead, including the four-week outlook.

Max Armstrong and Mike Adams wrap up the show with a report looking at the challenges facing the dairy industry. Jamie Johansen visits with Todd Fischer, Fischer Dairy, Bagley, Wis., who discusses what the industry needs.
