Max Armstrong and Orion Samuelson take a look at the USDA report and hear from Russell Nemetz on Montana’s wheat harvest. Dennis Smith of Archer Financial Services talks with Max and Orion about what’s happening in the cattle and other livestock markets.
Part 2
Dennis Smith of Archer Financial Services rejoins Max and Orion and they turn their attention to the struggling hog market. Chad Colby in the Colby Ag Tech segment looks at the draper platform which loses the auger. Agricultural Meteorologist Greg Soulje looks at weather for the Western United States.
Part 3
Chad Colby rejoins the team to report from Case IH and the new Case IH Racine Experience Center. Max and Orion talk to Erin Fitzgerald who moves from the dairy industry to become CEO of U.S Farmers and Ranchers, where she will advocate for sustainability.
Part 4
Max and Orion return to hear another report from Steve Bridge in China looking at grocery market technology trends. Agricultural Meteorologist Greg Soulje looks at weather for the Eastern United States. In Max’s Tractor Shed, Max introduces a 1972 Massey Ferguson 1150 owned by 3B Farms in Pineville, North Carolina, a standout among a lot of green on this farm.

In the farm broadcaster of the week segment Max and Orion chat with Harry Siemens of Siemensays.com in Manitoba, Canada, where they just broke a record for combines in a field.

Orion Samuelson profiles Audrain Co. R-VI FFA based in Laddonia, Mo. Member Sirrina Dunn who tells us about her SAE project, “Food for America.” Orion Samuelson shares his recent Distinguished Service Award from the American Agricultural Editors’ Association and reflects on how “Change is Constant” even for media. Greg Soulje offers his look at the weather for the week ahead.
