Part 1

Mike Conaway, R-Texas, chair of the House Ag Committee, talks with Patrick Haggerty about the farm bill and what was needed in this new bill and the need for a farm safety net. Orion and Max talk markets with Brian Basting, economist, Advance Trading.

Part 2

Orion Samuelson and Max Armstrong continue their market conversation with Brian Basting, Advance Trading. Chad Colby, Colby AgTech, reports from the first farm show of the season, Canada's Farm Progress Show. The Agricultural Meteorologist Greg Soulje looks at weather in the Western United States.

Part 3

Orion Samuelson and Max Armstrong feature a report about Kent Feeds and the work this 90-year-old company has done in the feed industry and a look at key changes in the feed industry. Chad Colby reports on what farmers can take to the field with a Thunder Creek Systems trailer and the technology that's available for handling fuel and diesel exhaust fluid. And Max shares a "made in the USA" twitter comment and the reaction from followers.

Part 4

Orion Samuelson and Max Armstrong open this segment with a report on the John Deere celebration of marketing tractors for 100 year. Ag Meteorologist Greg Soulje looks at weather for the Eastern United States.  And in Max's Tractor Shed, Max Armstrong shares the story of a 1965 Oliver 1250 owned by Dallas Roberts, Elmburg, Kentucky. The Roberts family has a history farming with Oliver machines, and some members still do.

Part 5

Orion Samuelson and Max Armstrong talk with Farm Broadcaster Pam Jahnke also known as the Fabulous Farm Babe. She's with the Wisconsin Farm Report, Madison, Wis. Jahnke shares what farmers in the state are dealing with, including significant rains impacting the state.

Part 6

Orion Samuelson profiles Liberty Union FFA in Baltimore, Ohio. This chapter has a land lab maintenance program. And Member Ali Eti discusses what it takes to compete in state-level competition. In Samuelson Sez, Orion shares a bad news, good news story about a dairy barn fire and how neighbors helped out. Ag Meteorologist Greg Soulje looks at weather for the week ahead.

Part 7

Orion Samuelson and Max Armstrong close this week's show with a report from the Red Power Roundup, which honors the Red machines. Randy Bodine, organizer of the event, shares the story of this year's program which was held in Montgomery. Ala., where cotton was in the spotlight.
