Max Armstrong observes work in Congress to encourage the agritourism industry. There's an agritourism caucus focused on this business area that covers everything from hayrides to wine tastings, corn mazes to pumpkin patches. These businesses also connect consumers with agriculture. Max shares that in 2002 agritourism earned about $202 million and by 2017 it had grown to $949 million.
