Max Armstrong shares insight on a study of water use by legal cannabis farms in California

Max Armstrong reports on the expansion of legal marijuana planting in California. The crop requires water to grow and a new study by the Cannabis Research Center at the University of California. These farms are diverting water from rivers and streams. The researchers looked at water use in key production areas. They found that these farms rely on groundwater wells, but that could have an impact on wildlife.
