Max Armstrong looks back at the start of a major commodity celebrating a significant milestone in 2020

Max Armstrong shares that a major commodity group is turning 100. The American Soybean Association started in 1920, and the group kicked off its work with a special event. Max shares the details of the event and how it grew into the commodity group farmers know today. It began live as the National Soybean Grower's Association, and later evolved into the ASA farmers know today.

Farm Progress America is a daily look at key issues in agriculture. It is produced and presented by Max Armstrong, veteran farm broadcaster and host of This Week in Agribusiness.
