The survey conducted by Jason Lusk, professor of ag economics, Purdue, who says consumers influence the direction of food and agriculture system. The survey shows that one-third of consumers are waiting for their next paycheck to buy food, and 16% share they are food insecure. Max shares why the survey was conducted.
