A survey taken last fall has been getting play lately, saying 1 in 4 Americans are eating less meat. However, nearly three-fourths of respondents say they are eating the same amount of meat, and two out of three adults eat meat frequently. Seven out of 10 respondents were concerned about the environment, which opens an opportunity for farmer producers to address it.
