Max Armstrong reports on ag tech options farmers should be watching

Max Armstrong shares an ag tech update from Rooster Strategic Solutions who highlighted three areas to watch. Internet of Things sensors that can watch fields remotely and this technology is advancing with smaller, less expensive sensors. Non-traditional investors in agriculture, like Indigo Ag, which raised new investment capital for ag technology. Autonomous machines could play an increased role in agriculture. And Max adds there's one other factor to watch – interest in traceability.

Farm Progress America is a daily look at key issues in agriculture. It is produced and presented by Max Armstrong, veteran farm broadcaster and host of This Week in Agribusiness.
