Max Armstrong looks at the move by USDA's Ag Marketing Service to gather information - in 30 questions - to help draft new standards for labeling of bio-engineered foods. The GMO-labeling requirement went into law in 2016, and now USDA has to develop the rules. Max explores the issue in more detail.
