Max Armstrong reports on a Nebraska plot of land that has been involved in irrigation research for more than 100 years. The experiment station was eventually taken over by the University of Nebraska. The Knorr-Holden plot is the oldest irrigated corn research plot in the world. It is now listed in the U.S. National Registry of Historic Places. Since 2019, the plot has been part of the Soil Health Institute's North American Project to Evaluate Soil Health Measurements.
