Max Armstrong talks about agritourism farms showing sunflowers, but he points out that this beauty crop is also a major oilseed crop. The challenge is that the supply will be down more than 14% this year thanks to the war in Ukraine. Max points out that several countries are working to raise acreage of sunflowers but it won’t be enough to offset total losses.
