Max Armstrong shares news from his recent visit to Kansas where he saw unplanted ground for spring crops, and while those winter wheat fields looked good, the rain was hitting some areas. However, Max reports the Kansas wheat crop is looking better than in 2020. Max shares that one marketing tool – the National Festival of Breads – targeting home bakers went virtual in 2021.
