Max Armstrong reports that actual corn and soybean export numbers are running well ahead of average

Max Armstrong looks at the latest USDA supply and report and according to a market analyst from AgMarket.net the agency "chose to punt, rather than make needed revisions to the demand numbers." Jim McCormick looked at those numbers and he says the raw numbers of exports have been impressive. McCormick points out that we're not rationing demand. The key is looking at what has been sold and what needs to be sold to match expected exports. Max shares some five-year averages of exports, and 2021 is a banner year. Check out McCormick's assessment.

Farm Progress America is a daily look at key issues in agriculture. It is produced and presented by Max Armstrong, veteran farm broadcaster and host of This Week in Agribusiness.
