It turns out that in 2018, there’s a cranberry glut and growers of this bog-based crop are actually reducing production. Max offers insight into how this crop is harvested. It turns out that 25% of the 2018 crop is being taken off the market and he offers a look at the many alternative ways the crop is being used to cut volume.
