Max Armstrong talks about the World Dairy Expo, which will host former Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack, president and CEO, U.S. Dairy Export Council, which promotes exports. Vilsack says that’s important because U.S. farmers are so efficient and that there is greater opportunity since 97% of the global population lives outside of the country.
