Steve Alexander is in for Max, and talks about grain bin accidents, a lawsuit against a retailer, John Dingell's funeral and the retirement of Emmett Thomas

In Nebraska, a man was buried in a grain bin.

A shopper at a store in Iowa was using a motorized cart and wanted to drive it to his car. The retailer said that was not an option. So he sued.

The weather kept a plane load of people carrying congresspeople from attending John Dingell's funeral yesterday.

Emmett Thomas has announced his retirement after 50 years in football.
