A federal judge says the Trump Administration can go ahead with a ban on rapid-fire gun attachments.

The weekend snowstorm was so bad in Freeborn County, Minn., that trains even got stuck. 

Heavy mountain snow out west is good news for farmers who irrigate. The snowpack that feeds irrigation is at 144% of average.
