Max Armstrong talks about icy conditions wreaking havoc in the northern Midwest, as well as the passing of Harold Steele, longtime Farm Bureau leader.

The ice showed up this week in the northern Midwest, creating treacherous walking conditions.

Conservation officiers are warning about driving out on the ice. Authorities remind that you need at least 4 inches of ice for walking on. And more for driving on.

Longtime Farm Bureau leader Harold Steele has passed away.
