Transportation officials across the Midwest are preparing for cold weather, trying to be proactive.

Good farmland continues to bring respectable prices, according to the Chicago Federal Reserve Bank.

Steve Bridge, of WFMB in Illinois, received a prestegious award from the National Association of Farm Broadcasters.
