MORNING Midwest Digest, Feb. 6, 2019

Max Armstrong talks about crime in the Midwest, reactions to the State of the Union address, soybean purchases and a carjacking gone wrong.

Crime seems to be a larger issue in most Midwest cities. For the third time this year a woman was shot on a Chicago expressway.

Farm leaders reacted to the State of the Union address last night, and continue to urge trade.

China is buying soybeans. According to a USDA report, they purchased another 2 million tons.

A carjacking didn't go as planned in St. Louis. The victim refused to hand over the keys.
