Max Armstrong talks about blizzard conditions in Minnesota, a human error causing delay on a construction project and the grain reports expected today.

The Minnesota State Patrol advised travelers to stay off the roads in the western part of the state due to blizzard conditions. Statewide, there were about 500 crashes and more than 500 spinouts. But no fatalaties.

Someone messed up on an interchange project. It will be 7 months late. The anchor points were off be several inches.

It's a significant grain report day today.

John Dingell, the longest-serving congressman, passed away at age 92. He was an avid Twitter user, too.
