Max Armstrong talks about January temps today, a state trooper killed on the road over the weekend and Zippy Duvall with President Trump.

It's a cold January morning over some fresh snow over the weekend in Illinois and Indiana. However it'll be close to 50 degrees in Nebraska today.

An Illinois state trooper was killed on the road over the weekend. He was hit by a passing Jeep, while protecting other vehicles with his car.

The AFBF president may get some alone-time with President Trump today at the annual convention. Zippy Duvall says maybe some trade talk will take place, and he'll council the president on NAFTA.
