Audio-MORNING Midwest Digest, June 24, 2019

Max Armstrong talks about Midwest weather, the grain market, a difficult time for a presidential candidate and new laws, including some about distracted driving.

It's raining again this morning in parts of the Midwest, and hail piled up in parts of Nebraska yesterday. We should see some warmth coming in soon.

The grain market rally took a breather last week, and took a less-than-stellar approach this week.

The South Bend Indiana mayor, who is running for president, continues to have his hands full at home after a police shooting.

We'll see new laws in several states as July 1 rolls around, including some on distracted driving, which kills 3,000 people a year.
