The cold winter started early, and is continuing longer.

While tornados were far south, floods of february will be followed by a soggy March. Some flooding has been particularly troublesom in Tennessee.

Milk production estimates have been lowered.

Legislators in Iowa have been debating fireworks, and taxpayers are saying, "Move on."
