A former Iowa governor lost another round in court.

Minnesota peace officers continue to urge drivers to put the phone down. A hands-free law was enacted in August, and tickets continue to go up.

In Kansas, there were nearly 11,000 car-deer accidents last year. Pennsylvania had 100,000.
