MORNING Midwest Digest, Sept. 24, 2019

Max Armstrong talks about USDA moves, corn harvest, an alligator in Illinois and a cattle herd at a local brewery.

The USDA is moving some workers to Kansas City, but not sure which state yet.

An alligator was found in a driveway in northern Illinois.

A herd of holstein cattle in Wisconsin got out and traveled to a local brewery for... Spotted Cow beer.
