Of course, cattle producers are naturally drawn to Nashville with its country music scene. The area also gets a boost from one-day attendance when cattle producers from Tennessee and Kentucky drive in to enjoy the event for the day.
A trooper stopped at the scene of an accident near Indianapolis on Interstate 65 escaped injury when his car was hit by a second vehicle. The car sustained damage on its drivers side.
A woman collected nearly $224,000 illegally from the Social Security Administration while working under a separate Social Security number. Federal Judge Stephen Murphy III ordered no prison term and instead put her on three years probation. People in eastern Michigan rarely get a prison term when caught stealing from the Social Security system. She was ordered to repay the $224,000.
