Also out on our highways, the motorcycle manufacturers have sold bikes to aging Baby Boomers. 40 year ago, 80% motorcycle fatalities were those 30 and younger. Today, fatalities are 55 and older. They are known as retreads. People don’t realize their skills are perishable. They get on road thinking they can do what they did when they were 20.
