Government edicts could change how some farmers handle business. Prop. 12 in California is set to take effect in January 2022. Michael Formica, National Pork Producers Council, joins Mike to talk changes in policy with the Prop 12.

Mike is joined by Jim McCormick, Agmarket.net, to discuss markets. Jim dives into the corn, wheat and soybean market. Updates on hog and cattle market.

Chad Colby’s Tech segment highlights some of the autonomous equipment that is upcoming Farm Progress Show.

Max Armstrong checks in with Mike Adams, Adams on Agriculture, to find out how crops, weather and markets are looking in his area. Mike also talks about ethanol, state fairs and 4-H programs.

Colin Woodall, National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, joins Max to dig into the policy changes coming from the new Executive Order signed by President Biden on competition. The biggest impact on the industry will come from the investment in more packing capacity.
