Duwayne Bosse of Bolt Marketing rejoins Mike to take a look at soybean volatility Next they look at next week’s WASDE report, the ethanol market and livestock. In the Colby Ag Tech segment Chad Colby is getting ready for Farm Shows and he’s chatting with Max Armstrong about antique shows and a look at the Farm Progress Show coming up August 30 - Sept. 1 in Boone, Iowa this year. Next Mike talks with Anuvia Plant Nutrients’ Hugh MacGillivray about the new company’s product line.

Part 3

Max interviews Belgian farmers Hendrik Kerkhof and Anita Haesen a married couple visiting the U.S. to visit with farmers. The couple visits the U.S. regularly and they discuss the differences between agriculture in Belgium and in the U.S. They also discuss the situation in Netherlands.

Part 4

Next up Max talks with Tracy Willits, V.P at Pivot Bio about their new short-run television show on RFDTV that Max will host. They will cover new technology from a start-up point of view. Farm Next will be shown at 7 pm central, Monday, on RFD TV and will also be available on this website, farmprogress.com. Agricultural Meteorologist Greg Soulje joins the show with the weekly weather forecast.

In Max’s Tractor Shed, Max introduces a red, white and blue 1976 J.I. Case 1570, special U.S. Bicentennial edition tractor owned by Aaron Hyneman of Oakland City, Indiana. In the FFA Chapter Tribute Mike talks with Faith Galavich, whose term as the Ohio FFA State Sentinel just ended and she’s reflecting on all she’s learned and seen. She joined FFA because her sister Sarah’s experience in the organization that led this non-farming family to have a beef and goat farm.

Mike return to introduce a segment from Al Gustin who interviews Miss Agriculture USA Maci Wehri whose platform is safety. She describes what goes into becoming Miss Agriculture USA.
