The digging out is continuing from heavy wet snow in places like Nebraska, Iowa and Minnesota. NW Iowa got socked. Interstate 29 was closed for a while. Twin Cities got a foot. Owatonna, MN., received 17 inches of snow.
USDA reports that would have come out today will be out tomorrow as USDA employees were off yesterday.
Third major marijuana seizure happened in North Dakota in two months. 475 pounds of marijuana found. In each case, someone from Minnesota was arrested while heading back to home state.
